This area is responsible for the complete assembly of plasma, TIG, and MIG welding torches. The line is divided by model, and torch heads, cables, insulation parts, and contact components are pre-inspected before final assembly. The assembly bench is equipped with a current-testing fixture to confirm stable contact resistance and avoid heating or poor connections during actual use.
Copper parts such as contact tips, nozzles, and seats are processed here using CNC lathes and precision stamping dies. Finished parts are batch-sampled, with focus on aperture tolerance and inner-wall smoothness to ensure smooth wire feeding and a stable cutting arc.
This section produces laser welding nozzles, protective lens seats, and other related components. Materials are mainly stainless steel and high-temperature alloys. Coaxiality and sealing-surface fit are repeatedly checked during production to avoid laser deviation or air leakage and to keep a stable spot under high-power conditions.
Welding torch cables, connectors, and sheaths are crimped and assembled here. Each cable undergoes tensile and insulation testing to ensure reliability under repeated bending and high current. Wiring harnesses are stored by interface type, allowing quick matching for OEM orders.
The warehouse categorizes welding torch assemblies, consumables, and accessories by model. Frequently sold items maintain safe stock levels. Bulk shipments go through a second inspection to verify specifications, interfaces, and quantities, reducing customer verification workload and supporting stable replenishment for long-term partners.
